Support You Can Count On

• Each physician is supported by 1-2 APPs, 2-3 nurses, scheduler, and MA
• Dedicated full-time APP covers hospitals 7 days/week to streamline consults and rounding
• In-house infusion center with 29 chairs, on-site lab, admixture pharmacy, and genetic counseling
• Additional Support Center with Palliative care physician, behavioral health, PT/OT, Prosthetic fitting
• In-house Research Coordinators,
• Weekly tumor boards by subspecialty (GU, breast, lung, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $650,000+ (1.0 FTE)
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Relocation Assistance: $20,000
• Guaranteed Annual Bonus: $20,000 in Years 1 & 2
• PTO: 6 weeks + rotating Fridays off (65 days PTO as a partner!)
• CME Allowance: $4,000 annually
• Retirement: 401(k) + profit sharing contributions
• Partnership Potential: > $1M annual earnings and ownership of practice and real estate

Practice Highlights

• Schedule: 4-day work week Monday-Thursday clinic, rotating Fridays
• Typical Clinic Volume: ~16-20 patients/day - ramp-up at a comfortable pace
• Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation - phone with pre-determined rounding times
• Minimal call due to robust hospitalist coverage
• Dedicated Oncology NP for Inpatient Call
