Full -Time or Part-Time Associate Needed, $10,000 Signing Bonus, $120,000 Base
Position: FT or PT Vet needed for a well-paced, progressive small animal practice in Springfield, IL. Exp practitioners and new grads accepted.
Compensation: Signing Bonus (FT) $10K. Pro-Sal formula used to calculate bi-weekly pay with $120 K yearly guaranteed base. Associates easily surpass their guaranteed base, even during pay periods where vacation/sick time was utilized. Generous benefits offered (paid health insurance, professional association dues, liability insurance, retirement plan, paid vacation and sick days, CE allowance, etc).
Mentorship Program: For new graduate associates, we have a mentorship program. In simple terms; you will not be left alone and case rounds will be utilized until confidence and comfort are achieved by all parties. A full outline is available during interview.
Hours:
PT hours: 2 weekdays, rotating Sat. mornings.
FT hours: 4 weekdays, rotating Sat. mornings.
NO AFTER HOURS or EMERGENCY CALLS: Springfield has a well-established, reliable emergency clinic in which we work closely to provide continuity of care.
Work Environment: We are seeking a compassionate, personable, self-starter. BAH is presently a 2-doctor practice seeking a 3rd after a partner retired. Dr.Kirk has 37 years of experience and Dr.Guth has 5 years, both are eager to help new associates. We are 100% canine and feline.
Equipment and Category of Care: We are a well-equipped facility with an in-house lab, newly upgraded HD-digital x-ray, surgery suite, dental x-ray, ultrasound, and two certified technicians.
Private Practice: BAH is a privately owned practice with no affiliation to a corporate consolidator. Your employer is always on site with a vested interest in employee success. If you have the desire to be a clinic owner, there is a buy-in potential at BAH.
