Were seeking a passionate and driven Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our regional Neonatal Intensive Care team in Grand Rapids and Muskegon, Michigan. Opportunity Details
Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
Schedule: 25-hour or 8-hour shifts
Location:Grand Rapids and Muskegon, Michigan
Specialty: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with neonatology fellowship training
Provider Team: 4 Physicians and 11 APPs
Clinical Care Team: RNs, RTs, MSW, OT, PT, SLP, ect.
Hospital Info:
Grand Rapids: 15-bed NICU Level III
Muskegon: 8-bed Level II Special Care Nursery
Call Requirements: No Call Required for APPs (physicians take call from home and are available 24/7)

Requirements
Open to new graduates or experience
APPs: Board certified in specialty prior to employment
Active Michigan medical license
DEA license
ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
Providing direct patient care
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Participating in teaching and mentoring
Documenting in Epic EMR
Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
Supporting community health efforts
