The merchandiser is responsible for curating the apparel and accessory assortment, maintaining attractive displays, and keeping inventory accurate and productive. In a private club setting, the role is highly member-focused and works closely with the Head Golf Professional or Director of Golf to match purchasing decisions to the club's culture, demographics, and sales goals.
Experience Required
Retail, merchandising, or inventory management experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable lifting and moving boxes of merchandise (up to 30 lbs)
Basic computer proficiency; point-of-sale or inventory software experience is a plus
Ability to stand and move throughout the shop for extended periods
Interest in golf, apparel, or luxury retail preferred
