Description

• Perform direct care and training as defined by individual needs.
• Ensure that all programming will conform to the goals and objectives outlined in the individual’s Individual Support Plans.
• Support and encourage individuals in meeting their rehabilitation goals.
• Accompany and drive individuals by use of a private automobile to appointments, shopping, vacations, and other social events or necessary appointments as requested.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license & insured vehicle.
